Processing Time

Every Miyoko Èlan order is sourced from our trusted collector after your purchase is confirmed.

Processing typically takes 7-14 business days before shipment. Because each order is prepared exclusively for you, processing times may occasionally extend during high-demand releases. We never rush quality, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Once your order has completed processing, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

Shipping Time

After processing, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Cost

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $300 or more.

Shipping rates for orders under $300 are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Limited Monthly Releases

To preserve the quality and exclusivity of Miyoko Elan, we intentionally accept a limited number of orders during each monthly release.

Once our current release reaches capacity, ordering will temporarily close until the next collection becomes available.

This approach allows us to carefully source and prepare every order without compromising our standards.

responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
